Bring it in or arrange a visit
Hardware work happens on the bench in Ennis or Ennistymon. Where the job is on site — a desktop wired into an office, a network, a shared printer — we arrange a call out instead.

How long will my phone be with you?
It depends on the model and the part, and we would rather give you a real answer than a guess. Message us the model and the fault on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is involved.
Will my phone keep its data through a repair?
A screen, battery or port repair does not normally touch your data. If a repair could affect it, we discuss that with you first. Many customers back the phone up before they come in, and we can help with that too.
