Bring it in or arrange a visit
Hardware work happens on the bench in Ennis or Ennistymon. Where the job is on site — a desktop wired into an office, a network, a shared printer — we arrange a call out instead.

Do you need the whole computer, or just the faulty part?
The whole machine is easiest, so the fault can be reproduced and the replacement part tested in it. If you have already removed a part, bring it with you and tell us what happened.
Can you recover my files if the drive has failed?
That is a data recovery question, and the answer depends on the drive. We assess it first and tell you honestly whether recovery is realistic before you commit to anything.
