Send the device, the model and the fault on WhatsApp, call the store, or start a repair enquiry on this site. Photos of the damage or an error screen help.

Bring it in or arrange a visit
Hardware work happens on the bench in Ennis or Ennistymon. Where the job is on site — a desktop wired into an office, a network, a shared printer — we arrange a call out instead.

Will a reinstall wipe my files?
A reinstall normally does, which is why we always discuss your data before one. Usually files, photos, email and settings can be preserved or copied off first — we will tell you what applies to your machine.
Do you need my passwords?
For account and email work, yes, you will need to be able to sign in, or provide the details you are happy to share with us. We only use them to do the work you have asked for.
